By accessing or using Katha Setu ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
Katha Setu claims no ownership rights over the text, audio, images, or other material ("Content") you provide. Your story remains yours, forever.
By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service strictly for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., formatting your book, generating AI suggestions).
You agree not to use Katha Setu to:
Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis or as one-time purchases (e.g., printed books). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually) or at the time of purchase.
Refunds: Print orders are custom-made and non-refundable once the printing process has begun. Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
